Therapist Referrals

We connect you with licensed therapists and counselors in the community through our trusted partnerships. While we do not have therapists onsite, our team will help you find the right provider for your needs and assist with scheduling and paperwork.

Transportation Assistance

Need a ride to a mental health or medical appointment? We provide transportation to and from mental health services, ensuring you can access the care you need without barriers.

Re-establishing Identification
(MD ID Project)

Lost your ID or need help getting official documents? We assist with the Maryland ID Project, helping you gather paperwork, complete applications, and navigate the process to obtain or renew your identification.

Heating & Cooling Center

Our center serves as a safe, climate-controlled space during extreme weather. Drop in to stay warm in the winter or cool in the summer, and access refreshments, support, and resources.

One-on-One Peer Support

Meet with a trained peer specialist who has lived experience with mental health or substance use challenges. We offer personalized, non-judgmental support tailored to your goals and needs.

Support Groups & Self-Help Resources

Join our daily peer-led support groups or access a library of self-help materials. Groups cover a range of topics, including recovery, trauma, wellness, and more.

Social & Wellness Activities

Connect with others through social events, creative workshops, wellness classes, and community outings. These activities foster belonging, reduce isolation, and support holistic recovery.

Self-Advocacy & Personal Empowerment

We help you build confidence and skills to advocate for your needs—whether it’s speaking up in healthcare settings, navigating systems, or setting personal goals.

Crisis Prevention & Diversion

If you’re in distress or need immediate support, our warmline and walk-in services offer a safe space to talk, de-escalate, and connect to resources—helping prevent crises before they start.

 

Connection to Local Treatment & Health Services

We provide information and direct connections to local mental health, substance use treatment, and other health services, ensuring you have access to comprehensive care.

 

Benefits Enrollment Assistance

Our team helps you apply for and enroll in benefit programs like Medicaid, SNAP, and Social Security Disability/Income (SSD/I), guiding you through every step of the process.

 

Support with Education, Employment, & Housing

Get help applying to schools, job programs, and housing opportunities. We offer guidance, referrals, and practical support to help you achieve your goals.
